Shipping/Returns Policy



We accept credit cards via Etsy's Direct Checkout feature, cashier checks and money orders. We ship after payment has cleared.


Shipping is usually provided by Fedex or UPS. Large items go freight. We strive to keep shipping cost as low as possible and try to combine shipping when possible, but the size of certain large furnishings can make this very difficult. Communication is key when it comes to shipping. When you make a purchase on a larger item, please contact us for shipping costs. Please note-- Large items shipping via freight can not be shipped until we are provided with a phone number and all shipping charges have been paid. Customers are responsible for charges incurred by requesting additional services at time of delivery. All shipped items are insured and have a tracking number. On smaller items, shipping costs will be listed with each item. Upgrades and extra Insurance are available upon request at an additional charge. You are welcome to pick-up your item or I can deliver in the area. Delivery charges will be calculated at time of purchase. We do ship internationally. The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees charged after the product leaves the US.

You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to cancel an order before Wine Country Craftsman starts production on it. Any cancellation made after this time will occur a 20% cancellation fee.

We will correct any error made by us without expense to you, this includes items that are defective, or arrive broken. We will either replace the item or give a full refund (Item must be returned first before refund is given).

We will not refund shipping cost on any incorrectly ordered items, or Change of Heart. Any merchandise may be returned with written or verbal consent by us. Please have invoice number, and items to be returned prepared before contacting us. All returns will incur a minimum processing/restocking fee of 20%.

You will be given a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to mark on the outside of your box. If the RMA is not seen on the return it WILL be refused.

All Claims of error must be made within 30 days of receipt of delivery to the customer, as per the tracking number on your package. We will not except returns after thirty days, or on items that have been altered or custom built.

When returning items, please insure the merchandise for the proper amount, you are responsible for returning the items in good condition.

Any items that are custom ordered (size, shape, or other details) are subject to special returns/ refund/ and order cancellation policy. We do not accept cancellation for full refund of custom orders that are in the process of being built. You have 72 hours from the date of purchase to cancel a custom order before Wine Country Craftsman starts production on it.

Additionally, any edit, alteration, or change made in any way, to any Wine Country Craftsman (WCC) products without the expressed written permission of WCC, voids the warranty, and will not be viable for return, refund, or coverage of liability.

Sorry, Custom Projects and Personalized Items (ie. custom engraved/painted monograms, names, etc.) are non-refundable.
