Acquiring new vines. We always make a test table to make sure that the vines measure up to our quality. Some are just not perfect enough.
Some tables that we create are wonderful but have slight defects but are otherwise perfect but still cannot be sold to the catalogs and stores.
Testing new sealers.
Testing new designs.
Color Variation.
